About Brandon Moss
Brandon Moss is CMO and Senior Consultant at Herbers & Co. He has helped shape the advisory industry over the past 20 years, helping to build two of the fastest growing and most innovative independent advice brands the RIA world has seen. While he has a 360 degree view of the RIA landscape, Brandon supports Herbers & Company clients in all facets of “smarketing” and communications, growth strategy and execution, client experience and design and has a passion for succession and transition planning.
He previously served as the Director of XY Planning Network’s (XYPN) digital investment platform, XY Investment Solutions. He was responsible for the initial development, build and launch of the platform to the network’s next generation of advisors and planners. Prior to XYPN, Brandon served in several leadership roles at United Capital Financial Advisers, now part of Goldman Sachs. As the first acquisition and employee of United Capital, he helped guide the firm to a nationwide brand of over 80 locations, with a singular client experience. Throughout his tenure he served as the Head of Client Experience, Vice President of Wealth Adviser Management, and was the co-creator and producer of UCDN, the United Capital Digital Network. He also served as Managing Director of the Dallas office. Over almost 15 years, Brandon was instrumental in the growth and development of the United Capital culture and platform, which was recently sold to Goldman Sachs for just over $750 million.
